Anne Marsden Thomas
MBE, FRSCM, ARAM, FRCO, BMus, DipRAM, LRAM, ARCM
Anne is an organist, organ teacher and author of 22 books for student organists. She teaches organ privately at St. Giles Cripplegate Church, central London, where she is Director of Music, and at the Senior and Junior departments of one of the London conservatoires. Her concert and teaching work has taken her to the USA, Canada, Japan, Europe and all over the UK, and she has made several commercial recordings. In March 2017, she was the first woman to receive the RCO Medal. She was awarded the MBE in the Queen's New Year Honours 2015 for 'services to organ music'.
Anne is the Co-Chair of SWO with Hannah Gill.
