Chelsea Chen
MM, AD
Chelsea is a concert organist and composer known for her pieces based on Asian folksongs. She studied organ at The Juilliard School with John Weaver and Paul Jacobs, and later at Yale University with Thomas Murray. She performs frequently as a solo artist as well as a chamber musician in the United States, Europe and Asia. Her compositions are published by Wayne Leupold Editions. She currently resides with her husband in Zurich, Switzerland.

Antonia Chirgwin
MA (Oxon), MMus, LRSCM, MCLIP
Tonya Chirgwin is Organist at Christ Church, Chester and works as a Library Assistant at the RNCM. After gaining a First Class Honours degree in Music at Oxford and a Master of Music with Distinction from Surrey University she worked as a librarian in local government before completing a First Class BA Hons in Church Music from Christ Church Canterbury University with her LRSCM. Her interests include Early and C20th music, composition and liturgy.

Jennifer Chou
MMus
Jennifer Chou is the Associate Organist at the Scots Church Melbourne. She has given organ concerts in town halls across Australia, and in venues such as the Paris Notre-Dame Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Singapore Esplanade Concert Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, and the Bamboo Organ Festival in the Philippines. She teaches the organ at Melbourne High School and Camberwell Grammar School. She has given masterclasses and has adjudicated the New Zealand Organ Competition.

Phoebe Tak Man Chow
BMus - RCM, MPerf – RCM, ARCO
Phoebe is a London based Organist, Accompanist and Choral Director. She currently holds the position of Organ Scholar at St-Martin-In-The-Fields and Director of music at All Saints Church Orpington. Between 2017 and 2019, she worked as the Assistant Director of Music at Saint Finbarr's Cathedral in Ireland where she was the Principal Accompanist and trained local school choirs. Prior to moving to Ireland, she held organist positions at several London churches and at Emanual School, London. She has performed at prestigious venues such as Truro Cathedral and Westminster Abbey. Outside of music, she loves dress-making and experimenting with fusion recipes.

Fiona Chryssides
MA, BMus, FRCO, ARCM
Fiona has spent all of her life playing the organ in church services and concerts, as both soloist and accompanist, and continues to do so in a slightly more retired way. She has always taught and continues to do so in Herefordshire, where she has a small private practice. Fiona is fully committed to the aims of SWO and happy to be one of its members, continuing the good work done by predecessors in making the idea of a fully professional woman organist a more usual happening than when she first touched a console in the early 60s.

Esther Chuang
Esther is a church organist, singer, pianist, and Music Therapist who is based in Edinburgh. She started working with Stockbridge Church choir in 2018 and received organ lessons from Marion Lee McPherson, who was the organist and the music director at Stockbridge Parish Church. Since 2018, Esther plays for church services frequently, and also has experience in playing for ballet classes in Stockrbidge, as well as funeral services at Stockbridge Church and Edinburgh City Crematorium.
Esther is passionate about using music to help others in whatever way they need. She works as a Music Therapist most of the time during the week, working with a range of settings and people, such as neuro-rehabilitation for people with brain injuries, adolesents with additional needs, adults with mental health, and the elderly with dementa. Esther is also a qualified Singing for Lung Health Group Leader at The Warblers. (Singing for Lung Health Group is a singing group working with people experience breathlessness, such as COPD, asthma, long-Covid, or anxiety disorder). She currently leads a SFLH group in East Lothian/Museelburgh every Monday.

Silvia Márquez Chulilla
MA
A restless and enthusiastic, versatile and active performer, Silvia feels equally comfortable on harpsichord, organ, or fortepiano. First Prize for both Harpsichord and Organ at the Spanish Young Music Performers' Permanent Contest. Artistic director of the ensemble La Tempestad.
Equally passionate about contemporary music, she received the Leonardo Grant 2017 for Researchers and Cultural Creators, BBVA Foundation. She is Professor at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid.

Stellaria Ciampolini
Stellaria is Organ Scholar at St Columba’s Church of Scotland, London. Aside from her commitments as an organ scholar, she is also a pianist, composer and aspiring conductor and studies the organ under Jeremiah Stephenson and the piano under Ian Jones - she thoroughly enjoys playing Romantic Era music and widening her repertoire. Stellaria has spent the past two summers working as an intern at the Gstaad Menuhin Festival, where she was able to observe some of the biggest stars in classical music up close.

Mary Cobbold
MA (Cantab), FRCO (Chm), ARMCM
Mary began learning the organ at St John’s Church, Buxton, then at 16 at the Royal Manchester College of Music under Ronald Frost. As Organ Scholar at Girton College, Mary studied with Peter le Huray. Alongside her school teaching career, Mary is a church organist and choir trainer and has taught a significant number of organ pupils. Giving regular organ recitals, she is passionate about enabling young people to experience playing the organ. Mary is especially keen to promote women as recitalists so that they may become a rarity no longer.

Jan Collie is a digital forensics and cybersecurity specialist.with an abiding passion for music. An enthusiastic amateur, she particularly enjoys the Renaissance and Baroque repertoire and plays a variety of associated instruments, including organ. She also sings.
Jan has joined SWO to support the aim of encouraging girls and women to take up the organ and in order to learn more about this amazing instrument.

Gillian Collins
Gillian came to playing the organ rather late in life but has enjoyed the challenge of learning something new in her 60s and now 70s. She has achieved the RCO Certificate of Accreditation (CAM) level 3. She plays for occasional services in her local Roman Catholic church.

Kathleen C Cooper
MM
Kathleen is a liturgical organist in south eastern Connecticut (USA) and sings with The Anglican Singers in residence at St James' Episcopal Church in New London, CT. When she is not on the organ bench or singing, she might be jogging along the shore, working with copper wire, or continuing the rescue of an old house called "Home".
